ConEst Systems Australia has been established to support the Australian market with an estimating system which is superior to all other packages on the market today, and that is supported by the industry for the industry. To this end, the ConEst IntelliBid system incorporates an ever increasing approx 55,000 Australian Electrical items together with the NECA manual of labour installation units for these items within the database. As part of the development of the software, Stowe Australia has created an Australian database item library and associated takeoff assemblies. The utilisation of these assemblies drastically reduces the required estimating time and reduces the risk of mistakes, incorrect formulas and the missing of minor items that can eventuate with spreadsheet estimating. Experience has revealed that the initial package cost is quickly recouped through these savings.

IntelliBid Lite - Base estimating system for smaller Electrical Contractors complete with an ever increasing database of approx 50,000 Australian Electrical items and assemblies, suitable for 1 or 2 estimators.
IntelliBid Plus - This estimating package is supplied complete with the above database plus add on modules for project job control, reporting, cost analysis, unit rate production and breakouts that are required by the majority of Australian Electrical Contractors, including full networking. This package can be connected to the TRA-SER pricing update service which periodically updates the pricing for most items in the database.
IntelliBid Pro - Comprehensive estimating system with all the above features plus even more add on modules for CAD interface, Network Administrator and Databid. Most contractors within Australia will not require this version.
ConEst BidTrac - BidTrac keeps your estimates organised by storing all information about the projects, clients and competitors together. This package links with the IntelliBid Estimating software.
All versions of the IntelliBid system are sold complete with a fully functioning Australian database and are customisable to the user’s required tender labour units, discount structures and general requirements through modular technology by adding only the features you need or want. The Australian database has a complete range of standard electrical equipment, materials & assemblies. Package pricing includes installation and one day’s training in your office.

The ConEst IntelliBid database is being constantly reviewed to ensure the addition of all the latest products, removal of redundant items that are no longer available, the inclusion of new and improved assemblies plus general modification and improvement of the package.
Conest Australia offers ongoing support and a basic annual maintenance agreement that will provide all package upgrades.
Conest Australia also offers an Enhanced Annual Maintenance package which includes all package upgrades, plus all ongoing database improvements, thereby eliminating the additional cost to you of your independent maintenance of the database. This Enhanced plus Annual Maintenance package provides access for your input for improvements to the database, and also provides annual on-site installation of the upgrade plus 8 hours of on-site support. Your only remaining maintenance requirement during the course of each year will be to install each TRA-SER update as it becomes available.
