Description
The Scope involved the Supply, installation and design verification of the Structured Communications cabling system for the Qld Health Data Centre. This included approximately, 4,500 Cat 7 Copper terminations, 7,500 Fibre Optic Core Terminations and over 100 data cabinets.
The project was performed as additional works to the Head Contract, that was to provide the communications services for a 12 storey administration and laboratory building at Royal Brisbane Hospital. In spite of the additional 10,000 hours required to build the Data Centre, the entire contract was completed on time, with praise from the client. See references.
