Apprenticeships
Embark on a rewarding career with hands-on experience and tailored development through our industry leading apprenticeship program.
As one of Australia’s largest host companies for electrical apprentices, we are committed to investing in the next generation of skilled professionals, providing the training and support needed to excel in the electrical industry.
Our apprenticeship program includes:
- Events and Information: induction days and welcome events for apprentices and their families. Recognition and rewards events.
- Supervision and Support: supervised by qualified tradespersons, with tailored guidance based on experience.
- Mentoring: apprentice mentoring programs.
- Training and Development: in-house training and development days.
- Clear Expectations: punctuality, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use, a positive attitude, and commitment to completing TAFE courses.
- Safety: teaching and instilling crucial safety practices.
