Corporate Framework
Our governance framework provides the structure through which our objectives are set and performance is monitored, ensuring accountability at every level of the organisation. The framework highlights our policies, leadership, context, planning, support, operations, performance evaluation and improvement.
We have built our Business Management System (BMS) using ISO9001:205, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2017. These frameworks allow us to document and improve our Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) management practices to satisfy the needs and expectations of our stakeholders.
The BMS serves to formalise our policies, processes and operating standards that are applied to our employees and managers. Our BMS includes core components such as HSEQ Policies, Corporate Policies, Risk–Issues Management Matrix, Corporate Code of Conduct, Fair and Just Culture, and Branch Operating Procedures.
Stowe Australia complies with the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) and submits an annual statement to the Australian Government’s Modern Slavery Register, outlining our actions to address modern slavery risks in our operations and supply chains.
We also maintain compliance with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth) through regular reporting to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA), supporting our commitment to diversity, inclusion and fair employment practices.
