Stowe Australia were contracted to install electrical cabling and components for the Dematic Conveyor and Multishuttle system at fashion retailer AS Colour’s warehouse at Truganina, in Melbourne’s west.
The scope of this project was not unlike many previous projects Stowe have completed for Dematic, which included Dematic Automated Conveyor and Multishuttle systems.
Stowe installed all cabling paths, power, control and comms cabling, devices and cabinets, then commissioned the installation ready for Dematic to send in their commissioning team.
With our vast experience in these types of automation systems, we were able to complete the project early and below budget.
A tight program would often mean different trades potentially working on top of each other. Due to previous experience in these types of projects, we were able to negate this by focusing labour on targeted areas. This in turn opened up other areas for us and other trades, leading to high efficiency for everyone.
