Stowe Australia were engaged to provide a complete electrical, lighting and communications package for the corporate head office refurbishment of Ausgrid.
In a building that was officially opened in 1978 and named after Sir Roden Cutler, the longest-serving Governor of New South Wales, Stowe Australia delivered a Five Green Star rated fitout.
The fitout works were spread across 20 floors and included 14 floors of office space, two project floors, three client/specialist floors, one mailroom and an End of Trip facility.
Originally purpose built to supply electricity to the city’s south, the building has now been successfully transformed into Ausgrid’s new state-of-the-art, Australian head office.
