Stowe Australia was engaged by Paynter Dixon to deliver the electrical and communications works for CODA, a mixed-use development consisting of 95 luxury apartments and ground-floor retail.
Stowe delivered the full electrical and communications package for CODA, a landmark mixed-use development for the C.ex Group in the heart of Coffs Harbour.
Positioned to transform the town centre, CODA features 95 luxury apartments above ground-floor retail space, combining coastal living with a contemporary urban edge. Designed to reflect the natural flow of life on the Mid North Coast, the development offers open-plan residences filled with natural light, quality finishes, and modern amenities.
- Stowe’s scope of work included:
Temporary electrical services - Underground reticulation and consumer/submain cabling
- Installation of main switchboard and distribution boards
- General power cabling, fittings, and fixtures throughout residential and retail areas
- Internal and external lighting
- Communications system
- CCTV system installation
- Intercom, security and access control systems
