Stowe Australia was engaged by AW Edwards to deliver the complete electrical and communications package for the refurbishment of the Coffs Harbour Maritime Operations Centre, on behalf of Transport for NSW.
The project involved the full refurbishment of the existing office building and the addition of a new operations command facility to enhance emergency and pollution response capabilities in the region.
Located within the Coffs Harbour Jetty precinct, the site provides direct access to the harbour, supporting government, local, and visiting vessels.
Stowe’s scope included:
- Temporary electrical services
- Underground reticulation and cable tray systems
- Consumer mains and submain cabling
- Installation of main switchboard and distribution boards
- General power cabling, fittings, and fixtures
- Internal and external lighting with integrated lighting control systems
- Structured communications cabling and server/data racks
- Security systems including access control and CCTV
