Stowe Australia was engaged by Martin Heritage Management Pty Ltd as Trustee for Far East Martin Trust, to replace all active switchgear in MSB3 located within the basement floor of The Fullerton Hotel in Sydney, NSW.
Due to the critical nature of the business and continuation of all operations of the hotel, the removal of the redundant supply feeds, subsequent cutover of the new essential and nonessential electrical supplies and the installation of the new load bank on the building rooftop – was required to be carried out within one continuous power outage to ensure ‘business as usual’ was maintained at the hotel for its valued customers.
Stowe Australia successfully completed these delicate stages as well as the subsequent shutdown and cutover phase all within the client allocated time frame of 18 days.
