Stowe Australia was engaged by Paynter Dixon to deliver the electrical and communications works for the latest stage of upgrades at Grafton District Services Club, a valued community venue in regional NSW.
The project focused on enhancing back-of-house functionality through the addition of new facilities, including a freezer and cool room, upgraded restrooms in the entertainment lounge, a widened entry to the bowling lounge, and an extended loading dock.
These works supported improved service operations while maintaining the club’s high standards during peak events.
Stowe’s scope included:
- Demolition and Make Safe of existing services
- Temporary electrical services
- Â Installation of cable pathways and submain cabling
- Distribution boards and general power systems
- Â Internal lighting throughout the upgraded zones
- Communications system.
All works were completed within a live operating environment, requiring detailed staging and coordination, particularly during the Grafton Racing Carnival, one of Australia’s leading regional racing events.
