Stowe Australia was engaged by Commercial Project Group to deliver the electrical and communications works for the staged redevelopment of the Miedecke Motor Group dealership, incorporating new Ford and Hyundai showrooms.
Stowe delivered the full electrical and communications design, completed in close collaboration with the Miedecke family and in accordance with Ford and Hyundai’s corporate specifications.
The project was staged to minimise operational disruption, allowing the dealership to continue trading throughout construction. Works included demolition of the existing showrooms and awnings, a showroom extension, service department fitout, renovation of staff facilities, and office spaces.
Stowe’s scope of works included:
- Temporary electrical services
- Submain cabling and installation of distribution boards
- Cable tray systems and general power cabling, fittings, and fixtures
- Internal lighting throughout showroom and service areas
- Power supply for EV charging infrastructure
- Power supply to HVAC systems
- Structured communications cabling and server rack
- CCTV system installation
The project combined corporate design requirements with site-specific operational needs, delivering a modern, high-functioning dealership environment aligned with global automotive brand standards.
