Stowe Australia was awarded the Electrical, Communications, and Security Design & Construct scope for the Murwillumbah High School Refurbishment. This significant project encompassed a full new installation of five large blocks and upgrades of one heritage-listed block, ensuring all facilities were ready for students by Day 1 of Term 1, 2025.
The scope included the installation of all-new underground pathways, electrical and communications infrastructure cabling, and the implementation of a new site main switchboard and campus distributor.
Stowe’s scope included:
- Electrical, Communication and Security designs in accordance with SINSW EFSG standards
- ASP Kiosk Substation works
- Site underground conduit and pit reticulation for electrical and communications services
- Consumer mains and submains
- Main Switchboard and Distribution Boards
- Earthing and Bonding Systems
- Lighting Systems and circuitry
- Power Outlets and Circuitry
- Emergency and Exit Lighting and circuitry
- Data and Communication Systems
- Voice/Data network cabling and passive network equipment
- Security, access control & CCTV system
- Public Address, School Lockdown and Period bells.
