Stowe Australia was awarded this extensive ticketing system installation across multiple Brisbane bus depots, for approximately 1300 buses.
Installation of a computerised electronic ticketing system on various types of buses, including 6- 12 card readers placed throughout the bus, 4G connection, routers and driver displays.
This project required all activities to be undertaken outside of normal hours, being peak transport periods. This added complexity regarding the availability of technicians and supervisors.
A strict daily routine and timeline was also followed to ensure buses were upgraded in a timely manner to ensure their release by the following day.
