Stowe Australia was engaged by Bennett Constructions (Lipman) to deliver electrical and communications infrastructure for the NSW Government’s Northern Rivers Flood Recovery Project supporting communities impacted by the devastating 2022 floods.
The works supported over 200 temporary modular homes across five locations, providing essential services to flood-affected communities in a fast-tracked 12-week program.
This program involved the delivery of over 200 temporary modular homes across five locations: Southern Cross University (Lismore), Evans Head, Coraki and two sites in Brunswick Heads. Each site provided urgently needed housing and support infrastructure for displaced residents.
Working closely with Bennett Constructions (Lipman) and government agencies, Stowe delivered rapid, safe, and reliable services that enabled the establishment of functioning community hubs for hundreds of people, helping to provide stability during a critical recovery period.
