Stowe Australia was engaged by the Reecon and Richard Crookes Construction (joint venture) to deliver the electrical and communications works for the new five-storey, 88-room Pacific Cape Residential Aged Care Facility, to support safe and modern aged care living.

Located within Pacific Cape Village, the project involved the construction of a modern five-storey residential aged care facility, featuring 88 private rooms designed to support the well-being and comfort of older Australians.
Stowe’s scope of work included:
- Temporary electrical services for construction
- Underground reticulation and cable pathways
- General power cabling, fittings, and fixtures
- Internal and external lighting
- Standby generator for emergency backup power
- Structured communications system
- Security and access control systems
The new facility offers safe, accessible, and high-quality accommodation, tailored to meet the needs of both residents and aged care staff.
