Stowe Australia were awarded the contract to deliver the electrical services for the Athena Data Centre in Macquarie Park, NSW, which included eight fitouts plus the base building.
Stowe’s scope included:
- 33kV HV Feeder Supply
- Internal HV infrastructure
- Earthing and lightning Protection
- External Lighting and Public Domain Services
- Supply and installation of Busduct system
- Installation LLE Equipment
- Lighting and lighting control
- Small Power Services
- Containment for HV, LV, Comms and security
- Submain Cabling
- Control cabling and integration
- Commissioning
Stowe were challenged with numerous design issues on a 100% designed project along with conflicting client requirements. This required working closely with the builder and consultant to drive an outcome for completion of a successful project.
Throughout the numerous ROMP fitouts, the live nature of the project added complex integration of the electrical services. Through careful coordination and planning with key stakeholders, a successful outcome was achieved.
