Stowe Australia serves as the incumbent Electrical Maintenance Contractor for the University of NSW, overseeing electrical LV services. Throughout our tenure we have demonstrated proficiency in delivering a diverse range of services including preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and project works
The Stowe Australia team at UNSW has experienced substantial growth since the commencement of the contract, presently comprising of 28 dynamic and experienced Technicians and Leading Hands.
Each member of this team plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of contracted services, ensuring compliance with statutory maintenance obligations and WHS systems.
To ensure the reliability of LV infrastructure across UNSW campuses, Stowe Australia regularly conducts large-scale simultaneous multi-building shutdowns to allow comprehensive preventative maintenance to be carried out on switchboards and circuit protection.
These critical maintenance shutdowns often present a range of diverse challenges due to impacts on building infrastructure, biomedical facilities, animal holding areas and accommodation facilities.
