The project entailed the construction of WesTrac’s New South Wales headquarters in Tomago. This state-of-the-art facility was designed to serve as a central hub for the sales, service, and assembly of Caterpillar equipment, as well as staff training and administrative functions.
Site Development consisted of the transformation of a 23-hectare site into a functional industrial complex.
Building Structures consisted of the construction of 12 major buildings, including workshops, administration offices, and training facilities, covering 45,500 square metres.
Hardstand Areas involved the installation of 82,000 square metres of paved hardstand using 3.3 million pavers over 20 acres.
Electrical & Communications involved the comprehensive electrical and communication systems installation.
Infrastructure involved the development of internal roads, parking areas, and drainage systems.
Sustainability involved the design of administration and training buildings aimed at achieving Green Star accreditation.
Stowe had to coordinate electrical and communications installations across a sprawling multi-building campus, including workshops, admin offices, training facilities, and external yard lighting.
